Shapes began in the small German region of Saarland with a simple but ambitious goal: To Develop a training system to promote improved balance and posture, encouraging natural movement and engagement of the lower body for all sports and tasks.
After more than two years of development, countless prototypes, and hundreds of real-world tests, we launched a product that is now trusted by athletes and everyday people around the world. Today, our team is based in Berlin, London, and Los Angeles – but our focus remains the same: helping people move better, feel stronger, and live without unnecessary pain.
The Team Behind Get-Shapes
Behind Shapes is a diverse team of orthopaedists, physiotherapists, elite athletes, sports coaches, and chemists. Together, they bring the medical knowledge and performance insight needed to design our unique activation tool. Supporting them are CAD designers, mould specialists, and material experts who ensure each pair of Shapes meet the highest standards of German engineering.
We’re also backed by a dedicated business and marketing team with decades of experience helping international brands grow. In short, Shapes is not just a product – it’s the result of collaboration between science, sport, and innovation.
