Shapes are not sized like shoes.

They are designed to fit from the back of your heel to just before the ball of your foot (the padded area behind your toes).

To find your correct size:

• Measure the distance from the back of your heel to just before the ball of your foot
• This measurement determines your Shapes size

 If Shapes are too long/big and touch the ball of your foot, they may cause discomfort and affect natural foot movement.

Because everyone’s foot shape is different, people with the same shoe size can require different Shapes sizes.

Size (cm measurement from back of heal to the balls of the feet):

1 (13cm), 2 (13.8cm), 3 (14.5cm), 4 (15.4cm), 5 (16cm), 6 (16.7cm), 7 (17.5cm), 8 (18.2cm), 9 (19cm), 10 (20cm).
