Returns, Exchanges and Warranty Policy

At Get-Shapes UK, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Shapes are a wellbeing and performance product for your footwear and must meet strict hygiene standards.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns of any item once the packaging seal has been opened.

Please read the full policy below before placing your order.

So please take your time finding your size in Shapes.

Shapes are sized 1 to 10, this is unrelated to your UK/US Shoes Size.

  1. Returns – Unopened Items Only

We accept returns only if:

  • the packaging seal is intact
  • the product is unused
  • all original packaging is included
  • the return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

Once the seal is opened, the item cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refunds for unopened items will be processed once the product has been received and inspected.

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only if the product is:

  • unused,
  • in its original packaging with the seal unbroken, and
  • returned within 30 days.

If the packaging seal has been opened, we are unable to offer an exchange.

  1. Faulty Products – Covered for 2 Years

Your Shapes are protected by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

You are entitled to a replacement if the product develops a manufacturing or material fault within this period.

Faulty Within 2 Years

We will replace the product following inspection under the manufacturer warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

  • wear and tear
  • damage caused by improper use
  • misuse or alterations
  1. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • any item with an opened or broken packaging seal
  • any product showing signs of use
  • any return outside 30 days
